Sazón is a modern Mexican restaurant in Camrose, Alberta, serving authentic Mexican flavors alongside Western favourites. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Server who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a welcoming team.

About the Role

As a Server at Sazón, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests. You’ll take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, process payments, and work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations
• Process payments accurately
• Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere
• Follow restaurant service and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or serving experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish — this is a mandatory requirement for the position
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong teamwork skills
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Important Language Requirement

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Spanish with guests, staff, and management. This is a fundamental requirement of the position and will be considered during the hiring process.
