Aqua Systems 2000 Inc. is a company with extensive experience in the water resource management industry and takes pride in providing innovative ways to resolving operational and performance problems.

We are looking for a new team member in the position of:

Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)

Responsibilities:

·        Mechanical design and drawings of AS2I products

·        Field installation assistance and troubleshooting

·        Quality assurance and quality control on AS2I products

·        Create 3-D models using SolidWorks

·        Generate 2-D drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and notes

·        Delivery of parts to fabrication shops

·        Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·        Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma

·        5 years’ experience in a similar role

·        Experience with structural steel design calculations and designing custom sheet metal parts for fabrication

·        Experience managing medium-large SolidWorks assemblies

·        Ability to work independently within a team environment

·        Diligent, conscientious, and accountable

·        High attention to detail and effective time management

·        Effective verbal and written communication

·        Strong work ethic and positive attitude

·        Computer competency with experience in MS Office suite and SolidWorks

·        Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions

·        Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with reliable vehicle to use for work (vehicle allowance paid)

·        Project Management experience an asset

We Offer:

·        $65 000 - $85 000 annually, based on experience

·        Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
